Mohit Sreen

Mohit Sreen, Chief Executive Officer

Mohit Sreen is an engineering professional with extensive experience of working for leading oilfield services companies.

He joined Premier Hytemp in June 2015 as Managing Director of our business in Singapore before being appointed CEO of the company in September 2016. He was previously centre manager with Halliburton Completion Tools, taking the company’s new eastern hemisphere manufacturing facility from a start-up through to full production mode. Mohit commenced his career in Mumbai, India, where he worked for several engineering companies including ESAB and Praxair. In 2002, he moved to Singapore when he was headhunted by Cameron. He joined Cameron as a Welding Engineer and during his 10 year tenure held a number of posts, latterly as plant manager, before joining Halliburton in 2012. Mohit has a degree in metallurgical engineering and a masters degree in material science.

Paul Forsyth, General Manager UK

Paul Forsyth, General Manager UK

Paul has over 20 years experience in the manufacturing and engineering of high precision components in various industries. Paul joined Premier Hytemp in 2015 as Technical Engineering Manager before being appointed General Manager for our UK facility in 2016. Prior to joining Premier Hytemp Paul spent 10 years working for FMC Technologies where he helped setup and support manufacturing cells throughout the world. In his previous role Paul has been a key driver in design for manufacture and influenced global machining best practices. Paul is a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma champion and also holds a certification in Strategic Leadership and Management.

Matthew Holme

Matthew Holme, Group Business Development Manager

Matthew has over 18 years experience working in technically orientated sales environment dealing with global OEM clients. Through years of experience Matthew has a very good understanding of material applications and supply chain across oil and gas industry. Matthew joined Premier Hytemp as a Key Account Manager in 2008, since then he has progressed through various sales roles and now leads the groups oil and gas sales function. Matthew has a degree in Physics and Chemistry of Materials.

Harun Rashid

Harun Rashid, Group Finance Director

Harun is a chartered accountant with over 12 years experience. He joined Premier Hytemp in 2014 as UK Financial Controller before being appointed Group Financial Controller in 2017 and subsequently promoted to Group Finance Director in 2019. He graduated from Imperial College in 2004 with an MSci in Chemistry. After graduating he joined Deloitte as an auditor and has worked in a variety of businesses including IT, manufacturing and service sectors. Prior to joining Premier Hytemp Harun worked for Edgen Murray as Finance Manager covering the UK and Europe.

Clara Ng

Clara Ng, General Manager, Singapore

Clara has extensive experience in supply chain and manufacturing roles supplemented with a technical background. Clara joined Premier Hytemp as Operations manager of our business in Singapore before being appointed General Manager in September 2016. She was previously Demand Planning manager with Halliburton Completions Tools and instrumental in setting up a Greenfield operations. Clara is a certified Lean Six Sigma champion and APICS certified with over 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry managing supply chain for various MNCs such as Cameron, Halliburton & GE.

Dunedin LLP backed the £34.5m management buyout of Premier Hytemp in December 2012. Dunedin is a UK mid-market private equity investor targeting buyouts of market leading companies in the UK with a deal size of £20m to £100m.

Located in Edinburgh and London, Dunedin has an investment team comprising sixteen investment professionals with approximately 200 years of private equity experience between them.
