Donald joined the Murray Group in 1987. Since then he has operated in a number of senior roles throughout the group. He is a Scottish Chartered Accountant and won the Scottish Financial Director of the year award in 1999. In 2006, he successfully completed the Harvard Advanced Management Programme. Outside interests include football, rugby and golf.

Will has been with Premier Hytemp since October 2008 and joined after one year as Group Financial Controller for Murray International Holdings. Prior to this he had 12 years audit and consultancy experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, two of which were spent working in Sydney Australia. He has extensive experience of best practice reporting and internal control across multi site global businesses.

Jim has been in the oil and gas business since 1977, in raw materials supply and engineering services. Starting with MIH in 1984 and working for 12 years with Premier Alloys, he left to gain understanding in other aspects of supply chain management and turnkey solutions in oil and gas products. Jim returned to MIH in 2007 to take up the role of Business Development Director.

Tim joined Premier Hytemp in 2007 having managed his own supply chain consultancy for seven years, advising multi national companies around the world. Previous to that Tim worked for many years for BP in a number of operational roles. Tim’s experience in developing and delivering supply chain solutions across organisations is particularly relevant to the oil and gas industry in its current form.

Steve has almost 25 years experience specialising in Sales, Service and Solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry both at operational and strategic level. He has the experience of managing people to achieve specific targets and a record of Sales and Profit growth through relationship development at all levels allied to commercial and competitive awareness.
