We are one of a very limited number of globally approved suppliers to leading OEMs and provide turnkey subsea and surface components for top drives, trees and wellheads.

Challenge Set By Customers
The brief was to deliver an end-to-end solution for complete component assemblies in a compressed timescale as an alternative to the standard supply chain approach of contracting with multiple suppliers.

Outcome
We reduce the overall time required to manufacture and deliver the components while also reducing the landed cost to the OEMs.
We undertake the full manufacturing and quality assurance process for our clients, from sourcing the raw material, machining, heat treating and cladding through to finish machining, threading, coating and assembling these parts.
We have account managers who focus entirely on these contracts and provide the customers with dedicated support.
We manage the supply chain through formal subcontractor management processes which include regular meetings and KPI reporting.
